I’m Sophia, a one-to-one Personal Trainer with a billion percent passion for improving people’s fitness, wellbeing and happiness. Come and train with me and I’ll tailor sessions towards your lifestyle and fitness goals and I’ll make it FUN, so that you ENJOY training and build a really strong and positive relationship with exercise.

 

While you’re busy having fun and feeling challenged, I’ll be quietly focused on improving your overall physiology, steering you towards optimal fitness and happiness and away from injury and illness. This includes working on your functional movement (i.e. the movement patterns you use to function in daily life), posture, overall strength and cardiovascular fitness.

 

We’ll be paying attention, not only to what goes on in the gym, but also to your nutrition, sleep, recovery, cognitive function, and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

 

I work with men and women of all ages and abilities. I’m a generalist who cares about the whole you. I’m here to help you fine-tune your lifestyle and fitness to get the best of life: to increase your energy and productivity, improve your ease of movement and, ultimately, to give you the best chance of long-term good health and happiness.

 

For specialist knowledge and treatment, I have an amazing network of truly brilliant colleagues to whom I can refer you to, if or when necessary.
